The award celebrates independent businesses that have demonstrated long-standing commitment to the town, its people, and the vitality of the local high street. Values that have been at the heart of our clinic since we first opened our doors in 2007.
Founded by audiologist Anthony Burg, Congleton Hearing Centre has spent almost 20 years supporting residents with personalised hearing care, trusted aftercare and a genuinely community-first approach. While the clinic has grown and recently moved into a larger, state-of-the-art space just two doors down from its original premises, the ethos has remained the same: taking time, listening carefully, and treating every patient as an individual.
Our Congleton clinic remains intentionally small and friendly, staffed by a close-knit local team who know many of our patients by name. From in-clinic appointments to delivering and collecting hearing aids when patients need extra support, we believe great hearing care goes beyond technology. It’s about trust, relationships and continuity.
