If you wish to return a hearing aid that is of satisfactory quality and which was correctly described and supplied to you, you may do so, providing the device is in good condition and is returned within 60 days from the date of first fitting. We will process full refund, including any deposit paid at time of hearing aid order.
Statutory Registration
All hearing aid dispensers are required to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are required to follow their standards of conduct, performance, ethics and proficiency.

None of the foregoing affects your statutory rights under the Sales of Goods 1979 Act as subsequently amended, guidance on which can be obtained from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
